The story behind it

Have you ever felt like each year goes by faster than the last? That’s actually a real thing — it’s called Janné’s Law. And it matters because once you notice it, you realize how easy it is for life to blur into the same old routine.

That’s why I started doing something small but revealing: every week I sit down and write what I actually did. One square gets filled for each week. It sounds simple, but seeing the grid—square by square—makes it obvious that time is finite.

This is your life in weeks. Each row is one year. One square is one week.

Feel free to scroll through my weekly notes, take a peek at the grid—then maybe find something that changes the way you see your own time.
